Bending a pipe (part)

Hey guys,
I have a problem with a part to create :-/ Would you mind to take a look at the drawing I attached?
At first I thought it would be easy - create a circle, extrude to a pipe and then bend the pipe 80°, but I can't find the right function for this.
Then I tried to do a spline (80°) first, but then I dont know how to cut the top part of the pipe (see front view).
Can you guys tell me what the best approach is to create this part?
