Hey Austin. That's a lot of work. I did see a duplicate loft of a sketch that may be the cause of 'confusion' with your slicer.
I think an important aspect of your design are the tunnels. This document (a copy of yours) is a simplified method of creating them. Although the resulting part is not a match of your part, perhaps you can apply the method in your design in lieu of all the steps you took to attain the tunnels in your part studio and then go from there.

@austin_lord Perhaps simplifying your workflow will help. You have an overcomplicated workflow and that could be contributing to the issue when exporting….
Here is a much simplified workflow when compared to yours…21 Features when compared to your 66 Features.
I do not 3D print so this may not solve anything but here's link if you'd like to give it this one a try…

Maybe a dumb question, but why make it hollow if you are going to be 3D printing?
Make the thing solid and just sweep the holes. The slicer will do the rest…
Thank you everyone for your help, Eric your question is very valid. i turned it solid and swept the holes and it worked fantastic, I'm printing the part as we speak. Thank you Thank you Thank you
