Cannot select entire circle to extrude cut

Having a very strange issue here, I created a design that mounts a pedal on a curved surface using 3 screw holes, it worked great for the throttle pedal. I decided to use the same model for the other two pedals, as the curvature of the pedal is the same but the mounting holes needed to be changed. I revised the design, created 3 planes on the surface of the curve for the hole locations the same way I did before. I created a new sketch on each plane with a simple 4.8mm circle, which I planned on doing an extrude remove on each one just like I did last time. The issue I am having, is that for the middle and top hole, I cannot "select" the circle when doing the extrude, it will only select the outline of the circle, so if I try to extrude cut, it will just "cut" the outline of the circle instead of making a hole. The strange thing is that the bottom circle will select fine and I can happily do an extrude cut to 13mm depth like normal. I have left the design without the bottom hole cut just to show what is going on. What the heck did I do wrong this time? Thanks in advance!

Work ok for me. perhaps you need to utilize'select other' (or turn off your part temporarily for selection purposes) and change the starting offset or some other variation of the extrude feature properties.

Wow, that worked! So yeah I had to hide the main body to be able to select the circle, then I had to tick the "symmetrical" box in the extrude for the upper two holes…. I have no idea why since the bottom hole didn't require any of that, and in the first revision of the part it worked normally on all three. Oh well, now I know what to do if it happens again! Thanks so much!
