How do I move an object to a specific coord

Total newbie here. I noticed that with transform when you select xyz you can only select a distance from the old object. Is there any way to select coords? Like to move to the origin you select 0,0,0

Have you tried the learning center for the sketching tutorial?
Mostly draw things where you want them to be. You could just drag a corner or point to the origin and it would snap there. If your sketch was constrained properly it would just move.

I think you're looking for the "transform by mate connectors" option. A mate connector is a coordinate system.
