Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity of 3D rotation?

Hi, is there a good way to reduce the sensitivity of the 3D rotation?  I feel like my model rotates too quickly while dragging my mouse. Would be great to be able to adjust this!

    I have a mouse with an user configurable ratio, via a small button near the mouse wheel. Maybe yours also has it, and it is set to full speed? Else, for usual 3D navigation, I recommend a space mouse, and these also come with a convenient config panel that makes model movement silky smooth.

    I would like this too. I'm trying to zoom in a gap on a tall angled part and want to be able to fine-rotate to line it up just right when I drag with my right mouse button. Turning my mouse sensitivity all the way down doesn't work, because even a single pixel of mouse movement rotates the view too much for what I need.
