Create DXF of an Entire "View"

In SolidWorks it was a very common workflow for me to draw a part, and then create a DXF of the "Front" view of the part, to then process in Corel Draw or similar to manufacture on a laser cutter.
I would turn the profiles into "Vector Cuts" so they would be cut out, and use the Paint Bucket tool to fill in letters and other pieces of artwork to be "Rastered".
In OnShape I can only export a face or a flat pattern as a DXF, which really limits my ability to accurately place artwork, because you end up missing all the "inner loops" of words, logos, etc. For example, I am trying to cut out this panel for the back of a video box, but I am missing the inner loop of the "D" and the "4".

This was meant to be an "Improvement Request", if an admin has the power to move it.
I assume you already know this can be done through a drawing and you are looking to bypass the drawing step?
Agree with eric placing the front view in an empty drawing sheet and exporting would be how its done now.. But the idea could be expanded to be any view orientation. So not just front left top, etc. just export what you see on the screen as is.
You could also just export the sketch if its all in one sketch.
I did not know that, and never in 100 years would have thought to try that. Seems like a bizarre place to hide that feature.
Just in case you missed it, as MDesign said:
you can export a sketch as a DXF
@MDesign and @Michael_Bills
If you want to export a deliberate view angle, like what you see on the screen right now, just hit the 'named view' button and create that particular view. Then make an empty drawing and insert that view. Export.
