Connecting two points on separate planes

Hello. I need to create the blue line between the two points which are on 2 separate planes. How do I do this? Thank you

    either bridging curve if it's just two point, or routing curve if you would like to add more points in one go.

    3D Fit spline would be yet another way. Hint: Preselect the two vertices, then start the 3D Fit spline command. You're already done.
    Also, after you've created the curve (using whichever of the methods above) you can use Edit curve to further refine it, reparameterize, planarize it, move control points, etc.
