Constant Over Extrusion Error

So I am 3D printing and for some reason on the starting corner it always over extrudes on any model. I have tried lowering the temperature, changing the toolpath, and the retraction distance and speed yet it still does this. Here is a picture:

Nevermind it was a error in the seam its fixed now
