How to angle the sides of tabs around a circular base

Hopefully this is an easy question as I have a direct reference STL that I'd like to replicate and then modify. See the STL here:

I can't figure out how to make the edge of the tabs 45 degrees, or make an angled cut out of the tab, or however is the best way to do it. I may not be using the right terminology here. I assume it starts with a revolve of some sort but not sure where to start.

Draft would be my suggestion. just make the tabs normal then apply a draft to the one side.

Interesting, I thought that the extrude subtract wouldn't work so I didn't bother trying, but it appears that it not only does fine but is how the original part was made as evidenced by the small triangle at the point of the tabs. I'll need to look into the draft function as it appears that's what I had in mind.
