Creating a point on line intersect on sketch plane is not working.

Hi! I am trying to make an intersect point of the highlighted line onto the current sketch plane (of "Floor"), but when I click the intersect or pierce it does not allow me to click the line. Only the 'Projection/Use' function works, but that will create a Line on my sketch but I need the intersection point. Can you help me how to do it? Thanks!

Try using a Pierce constraint between a sketched point and the line from the previous sketch (i.e. don't "use" it)
I've highlighted this in the constraint manager:

Thanks Greg, that worked!
