Parametric Help - Sheet Metal Part

Hi all,
I'm quite new to using Onshape and was wondering if someone would be able to give me a hand with a parametric design.
I'm designing a metal framework which needs to be parametrically driven by height and depth.
Where I'm struggling is figuring out how to increase the height of the part from the midpoint of the lower flanges (shown by red line) instead of the overall height of the part.
Any help or assistance would be much appreciated!

Start your sketch from the middle. The line in this sample is a 7" midpoint line. Use symmetric where it applies.
