Filling gaps

Here I am asking for help again in the screenshot below. I have a surface that is giving me the shape I want to have on Part 6, and I was not able to figure out how to fill the gap between Part 6 and the surface. I tried to thicken it, but because of the curvature, I still have a gap left that I cannot fill.

You can create the negative space shape by offsetting the surfaces with zero distance. You can split the surfaces to get that inner wedge shape and once you have the 3 interior walls you can use the "fill" command to create the last outer wall converting the surfaces to one shape. You can then boolean that shape into the other parts.

@ricardo_raimondo It looks like you're just a tiny step away from getting into surface modeling, which is how I'd approach this area (and the whole part really). I split out and deleted faces I didn't need, and rebuilt it using surfacing techniques. The Boundary Surface feature can't hit the continuity I want because the input surfaces around them aren't smooth enough (meaning upstream surfacing can be improved too), but this is the right idea. I recently did a surfacing deep dive on Youtube, but it's fairly advanced, so also check out the courses on the learning center too if you want to learn these kinds of workflows.
