Losing access to all documents after Professional Free Trial ran out

All of my documents have been turned to view only and I am unable to edit any of them. I can't reach Onshape support and I can't turn my account back to a education version (which I had previously - I am a student). Super frustrating, any tips?

    Why did you sign up for the professional 6 month trial if you are not going to buy it after the 6 months?

    Anyway, I think you can still transfer ownership of the files to another account, such as a free hobby account. That will of course make the documents public.
