Toothbrush Holder - Curved Rectangle.

Hello all,
Im trying to replicate this this toothbrush (First Image) holder my wife asked me to make, but thus far i have really only done very basic stuff with CAD modeling. My approach initially was to use the spline but i am having a hard time creating two that equidistant at all points along the curve of the line (See second screenshot). after that is done, i plan on extruding it and adding holes which i can do myself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

try a sweep
Another way is to draw only the top spline. When you extrude it, use the "thin" option.
Extrude Thin for the win! Marriage saved.
