Reducer Coupler (within the Introduction to Part Studios Lesson)

I was attempting to recreate the Reducer Coupler according to the directions provided in the 'Learning Center'. I could not execute the directions for one-half of the part that was supposed to be revolved. I believe it is best explained with the 2 attached screenshots.

Also, I don't believe the directions show how thick the reducer should be. How do I report that to Onshape?

I just got the same error. Then I realized that I was drawing the top left point of that parallelogram to be coincident with the top of the construction line. The top of the construction line is defined by the center hole, so it cannot be dimensioned. The top left point of the parallelogram should be above the center hole.
