Is there a feature script for optimizing holes for 3D printing?

I'm trying to find a feature script for turning standard holes into adapted holes for FDM (FFF) 3D printing when they are aligned parallel to the build platform.

The goad would be to avoid defects such as the picture below where the hole top is done in overhang:


By using a simple teardrop design:


Has anybody seen / used something like this?
