Can I somehow align names inside the drawing title block?

I am trying to create my own title block and struggle aligning names, dates etc. inside each cell. Is there a way of keeping a standard or all need to be placed by eye?
Thanks to everyone.

Eyeball alignment with some lines will get you so close no one will notice. ha. A couple of options you can try are create your title block in more apt 2d program and export it so that it can be imported to onshape. Another option might be to create your title block in a sketch where you can align texts and insert that to a drawing. Or export the sketch and then import as a title block. Lot of ways really. most all outside of the native onshape drawing environment since text doesn't snap to anything really.
Yeah, doing it “by eye” gets messy fast 😅 — the best way is to use proper alignment tools. Most CAD systems (like Onshape, SolidWorks, etc.) let you use construction lines, snapping, or parametric dimensions in drawings.
If you’re in Onshape specifically, use the Sketch tools inside the title block template — set up reference lines or constraints so your text fields are aligned automatically. You can also use tables for perfectly even rows/columns if your title block layout fits that style.
Once you’ve got it lined up once, save that as your custom title block template and reuse it — no more manual tweaking every time.
What I've done is created the lines for title blocks as sketches in a part studio, which gives much better control. I also have different "elements" of title blocks in different sketches so I can create different templates by combining them.
I then export these to DXF and import in the drawing. Once you have the "boxes", Onshape does offer some snapping of text boxes relative to each other to get a decent looking result.
