Is tool diameter compensation available in CAM Studio?

I do not see mention of G41/G42 diameter compensation mentioned in the training docs or in options in Studio. Is this, or will this be, available?
Also, it seems there is very little activity in the forum. Is this still the correct place to ask questions?

I don't have an answer for your first question. I suspect it is in the plans at some point. As far as I know, this is the place to ask CAM studio questions. The CAM studio still needs a little work (IMO) before it is really a power tool in a production environment, likely the reason there is not much discussion about it.
I provided several suggestions on specific aspects while the tool was in beta. I have had very little use for CAM lately, so I only open it up now and then to see what has changed and how many of the suggestions I was aware of have been implemented.
Submit an improvement request. I'll support it.
