Why can i not use projected curve for my sketches?

Can anyone help me to why I cannot use projected curve on my two sketches? I have already made sure the edges of the sketches were the same length and touched the same points why can I not use projected curve and how can I solve it?

What exactly are you seeing as an error? Can you provide a screenshot?
