Onshape sheet metal can't handle lofted bends (yet), even if they are developable surfaces. You can flatten them. It's not parametric, but it does work pretty well.

The (yet) I increasly doubt is going to happen any time soon. 🤷♂️
Somewhere in the last few updates there were more debug logs added for lofted sheet metal specifically. They're working on it.
