Appears to be online but slow for me (Germany). Can only handle simple requests.
Down in Spain, the so called fix didnt fix

Same in France, I can open a document but when trying to edit all I get is "Preparing sketch" followed by "Onshape is not connected", and a refresh is forced, repeating the process
The service disruption should be fixed now. The only remaining issues are related to the Analytics reports functionality.
