Coping same part to multiple locations

Hi all,

I have a part that I want to copy to multiple faces of multiple parts on the one part studio. I have laid out several points where I would like to copy. Does anyone know if there is a good feature script to allow copying like this? There isn't a pattern so I can't use transform pattern. Wondering if I can avoid 15 separate transforms. Thanks!

Transform pattern doesn't use a pattern and should be exactly what you need! Have you tried it?

Yes it is awesome, I just found it a couple hours ago. Very cool. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work on a mesh so I modified it to allow selecting mesh objects and got it to work. However then I couldn't boolean subtract the mesh anyway, lol. I figured out how to make the mesh into a solid and got it to work. Thanks so much!

This sounds like the kind of thing I used to use Point Derive for but recently developed Amalgamate to handle, especially if you're looking to create a library of tool geometry to build parts with across many different studios and documents.

I was just checking that out, it looks awesome! I left a comment if you might consider to make a video to help newbs like me get started? If not, I totally understand. How might you recommend that I start building some object and profile libraries to use with Amalgamate? I have a few parts and a couple of profiles that I would love to be able to use selectively.
