Problem unsubscribing from apps

Hi,
I am subscribed to upchain and OnScale Solve applications (did it two years ago). Apps are no longer accessable and the problem is that they are still listed as my subscribed appas, but if I select it and try to unsubscribe I am getting a message "Failed to load store entry. Resource does not exist, or you do not have permission to access it." and I am unable to remove it from my apps list. Does anyone have idea how to resolve this?

Sounds like something that Support might need to help with. I would contact them.
