Filtering in Onshape Forum - Need Multiple Selections

When looking through improvement requests there is a filter possibility - but a really dumb one, as you cannot filter "all except ….". Why always have status COMPLETED shown, when you are looking for improvement requests in any other state?
Best would be to have checkboxes to chose which statuses should be shown. Otherwise at least some choice to show all but "COMPLETED"

Adding on to this… it would be great if there was a little more clean up of the IRs. Combining duplicates, marking things complete that are complete (ideally with a link to the What's New post). Many things do get officially marked as complete, and some things casually get marked as duplicates by posts within them, but right now there are tons of examples of both problems.
