Distance between 2 drawings in the Drawing Studio

Hi,
How can I determine the horizontal and vertical distance between the two parts in Drawing Studio and set the distance? This is important because I want to mill the parts and it is important to know the distance so that there is enough material left between the parts.
I also want to draw a circle x mm away from a bottom corner to have a reference point for milling on both sides. How can I do that?
I have noticed more and more often lately that Onshape has problems opening a sketch. A coloured wheel spins continuously. So far, closing the document and then reopening it has always helped.

P.S.: I wonder if the link I copied like that in Onshape is correct, as it is not blue. I tried a second time with the same result.

A simple way to achieve two parts laid out is to make an assembly and set the distance there.

No, of course. I hadn't noticed that.
OK, it's easy to move the parts in the assembly, but I don't understand how I can display the dimensions.
Furthermore, I can only export from the assembly in 3D (.stl, .step, etc.) and not in 2D (.dxf), but I need a .dxf file to create the code with Estlcam.
It would be so much easier if dimensioning were possible in Drawing Studio!
What I'm also missing is a circle as a reference for double-sided machining. In the drawing I may draw one, but there is again the problem of the dimensions.
In your file, the dimensions are displayed in the drawing. Since you mention the assembly, where I also can't see how to display the dimensions, but as the dimensions are visible in the drawing, how do the parts and their dimensions get into the drawing?
Dimensions are place in the drawing. If you need DFX then export the drawing. For a reference point you can extrude a cylinder and insert into assembly with mate.

OK for the circle, even if I think it's unnecessarily complicated. Why can't you just draw a circle in a studio called Drawing?

I would highly recommend you go through the Learning Center. There's tons of free information about how to use Onshape. What it sounds like you're asking about is how to create/edit a drawing.
