Shell Command Failure

I'm having a problem with a Shell command failure. I have four small circles that loft into one larger circle. See document https://cad.onshape.com/documents/72fe1b29cc9f99b5f2970754/w/5bf8ad1214aa3202e45ea861/e/2c70e0adbf6fad39d06bd7cf If you un-suppress loft number 4 the shell will fail. If you suppress loft 3 or 2 then the shell will work again. Only if all four lofts are active will the shell command fail. Any ideas?
