How to implement revolve with cone shape?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to figure out how to get a shape like the one below. It is a revolve but the sides have a wedge shaped addition that gradually fades into the walls of the revolve as you traverse from the end of the revolve towards the middle. I'm looking for any approach that works so I'm not tied to a revolve. A public file with the CAD is here:
