Newbie Needs help with the Basics, Spline Tool, Importing Coordinates

Hi, I have some coordinates for a hull I'm trying to build in OnShape. Spline tool was recommended, but I can't figure out how to import the coordinates, much less even use the tool. I made a point at an incorrect spot and couldn't even figure out to go back (No Command Z?!), is there a back arrow I'm missing?
So I need help with the basics, The training link took me to $500 options. Poked around on youtube and was not finding anything close to concise.
If someone can point me to a good succint training I would be grateful. I prefer reading over video, much faster for me.
