Students can't create an account

Hello,
I am starting my CAD lesson and my students are having difficulties creating their accounts. They complete the requirements on the website but do not get the activation emails to finish the process. I can't find where to contact support to get help.

You can open a support ticket from the help menu in the Onshape interface.
Also check with your IT. I've had it in the past where the first couple of students sign up and then the rest of the e-mails get lost as my colleges over zealous firewall spots spam as the glut of sign up emails arrives. Check/ get IT to white list onshape.com.
