Hi
Why can't I place a sketch on the surface of the trunk?

Sketches must require a flat plane. Is the surface you are trying to create a sketch on flat? - Scotty
"Link broken/missing - error message ‘Cannot open document in trash’"
Could this be because I inserted the link into my message, but didn't post it until hours later, and in the meantime I continued working on the document?
Yes, the surface is flat. I just deleted everything I had added since the link to reproduce the situation, and I was able to place a sketch on the surface without changing anything on the body. Strange.
Since it didn't work yesterday, I worked around the problem by creating a plane at the height of the surface and placing the sketch on it.
