Onhape really slow all of the suden

Hi, I'm encountering a big problem regarding the speed of onshape.

Starting last year I've been learning onshape in order to CAD design our robot for our FTC team. Since a week or 3 I've been busy CADing our robot for the upcoming competition, but all out of the suden onshape has been acting very strange the last couple of days. Uploads take much longer than before, sometimes even taking up to 10 or 20 min to upload a simple 12mb STEP file. Also any change I make, mainly in the main-assembly of our robot, take a LOT of time to process. I completely understand that if you use more parts the performance drops, but I didn't expect it to drop this drastically. As an example, when I try to move a part or make/delete a mate, it sometimes takes 2/3 minutes to make the change. Also when i try to reload the tab thinking it's just a glitch, it will take atleast 10 min before I can even get back into the assembly, and many time's it says there are multiple versions of me working in that assembly while it's the only tab I currently have open of onshape. This is one of the many issue's I've been encountering lately, and troubleshoot tells me to use simpler parts/models, but that would mean I have to redo the whole design, and if the problem goes on like this, it will take a LOT of time to finish CADing the robot, and we'll most likely won't make it to the competition.

A big thanks to the one that can help me out with this, and i apologize for my rather bad English.
Best regards, Sef - Team The Bladerunners 26947

Hi @sef_habets075. Sorry for the troubles. Have you taken a look at the performance panel?

I've seen the same today. Only certain actions were slow, especially constaints: Definition and update of the sketch and assembly.

    Hi @john_rousseau,

I have taken a look at the performance tab before, but everything seems rather fine I guess. Speeds that are listed seem normal, only the traingle count is a little high but my pc should easily be able to handle it. Below I attached some image's of the performance tab (taken at my schools pc, not my home pc). I also tried copying the workspace to see if the issue's would be fixed in the copy, but it failed and gave me this error:
"Document failed to be copied. An internal error has occurred; support code ee7820b70835b255a91d4955".
I'm starting to think that something might went corrupt in my workspace since I got one or two error's before which I didn't spend to much attention on because everything was still working fine, but I don't know much about the way onshape handles things. I'll link my document below so you can take a look for yourself if you want. A big thanks for the quick response, means a lot to me!

Yes I've also noticed a slowing up in response time over yesterday and today. This morning it was back up to speed as expected but then slow again early afternoon

Hey @GWS50. You're right. We just found a problem that was quietly hurting performance and we introduced it on Tuesday.

Any documents that you open now (starting about 30 minutes ago) will revert back to the better performance.

Sorry for the hassle and thank you for pointing it out.
