Can I create a library of custom, pre-written callouts?

self explanatory title. We are having to go through many of the same features on many similar parts and add the same text for fabrication. can we have a library of custom callouts?

    Unfortunately there is no "blocks" functionality. We have created a dummy drawing that has all of the notes with linked properties to vendor name etc so it will pull in properly if and when you need them. The engineers just open that drawing with all of the sample note blocks and copy and paste the note that is required onto the drawing. A little quirky but works.
