How to import low quality files from shapr3d

I’m platform that locked me all of my work and I was able to export a low resolution set of my but it dumped 165 different items in no particular order so I’m attempting to rebuild a project from scratch with some artifacts on a mobile device iOS. it doesn’t allow me to share it into this app and I’m very new to this. Just created the account and a crash course on how to get into the etc. so I can start reassembling all of the layers and find a way to reference and make modifications to some of the stuff that I created so I can have a better framework to make modifications to a large mobile workshop. That’s based on a 20 foot enclosed car trailer for an over landing prototype extension off of a vehicle so there’s a lot of small items that have been generated to visualize volumetric space but I didn’t have the dimensions for the interior of the framing so making actual modifications were only a visual estimate at and I’d like to get back into there so that I can reference to the smallest measurement possible so that if I want to reconfigure part of the framework, I can isolate a layer expose metal studs and show even electrical or other solar technical modules number of other I’m looking to accomplish with this 3-D project starting with getting as many of the from the other platform in this platform, knowing I’m probably gonna have to re-create them due to vendor lockout from SHAPR 3-D that started as an educational license that I had paid $40 a month several times to be able to access my and now it’s just logged me out completely starting over with salvage and overhaul peices of my last project.

Onshape can import most any 3D files regardless of their quality. I'm not familiar with Shapr 3D. What is the extension ( _.stp , _.igs , etc.) of the files you are importing? Or are they in a Shapr 3D proprietary format?
Thank you for suffering thru my writing long enough to respond;
it looks like it offers only the option for .stl low resolution & .dwg - several other premium file formats - some proprietary ones as well. I am still learning so i had to delete some smaller projects to even view the file as it only allows the last two to be opened. That being said, the issue i need to address is the endless unnamed layers and sketch planes that are in the hundreds since I just kept building my model and didnt have the full library Accesso after college.. Now I’m using a bunch of end of life tech so.. pardon the typos and missing words etc.
In summary, a massive .STL File Dump, how to build a solid starting foundation within Onshape Mobile.
Right now would just be happy for dark mode.
Thank you again for your response.
We will need examples of your stl files in order to better help you out. For example if you are importing a small point cloud mesh, not a problem. If you trying to import a mesh with 100 million vertices, Onshape isn't built to handle this so you would have to simplify it before importing.

I realized the need to go back and simplify my groupings, files, body components and naming for a smoother export transition both within and externally for the file(s)/project - that said - i did condense many objects, group and clean up name folders and ghost sketch axis’s etc,
I wrote Shapr3d for help with the Accesso and export of the data, they graciously gifted a few days of Pro Access from my old Edu account, to help me save my concept, move it to the available two free slots and use any export format available.
The current status is a much cleaner organized project grouped into folders with better parts labeling and so on,
the issue is the zip export import snag I am currently encountering
possibly due to the sheer volume of vertices?
or unzip zip management - signing up for the basics crash course in document management and intro to Onshape looking for best practices for import.
any links to projects threads in the forums or helpful tips using STEP / STL / SVG (as they open in iOS but wont render the project) would be very much appreciated.
If there is any preferred format, as currently, all formats are unlocked by Shapr3d support to help accomplish this after requesting assistance, I still have much to learn after a long break from designing tinkering etc.
thank you.
Parasolid, if they don't have that, then Step.
