Lofting between circle extrude and square extrude.

Hello. I have gone through most of the training including surfacing and I just can't figure this out. I want to loft between a square extrude with a hole and a circle extrude with a hole. I tried split a circle sketch into 4 sections so their vertexes could match up. Doesn't work. Not sure if I am even using the right technique. Any help would be appreciated. Surfacing is hard.
