Has anyone else had trouble with this showing up when exporting? DXF will export fine, but I have been getting this message a lot with most 3D file types.

Hi Wayne,
I had a quick look in our logs - this doesn't seem to be a widespread issue with other users / docs.
There is something specific in your doc/workflow that is causing multiple thousands of downloads of exported files. Do you have a particularly complicated assembly or something that you're trying to export?
In any case, could you please open up a support ticket and share your doc + workflow with the support team so the we can take a deeper look?
