High-Quality Surfacing Example Models to Learn From ?

I am trying to locate some well made models built using advance surfacing techniques. I tend to learn best from example and want to be able to roll through a model from start to finish.
I have found many youtube videos showing some theory, but they don't seem to have the documents available . An example of what I am looking for is from this video from the OnShape youtube channel. I'd love to be able to dig through the file they are demoing.
Does anyone know where I could find that or something equivalent?
