Help with a setscrew hole in collar?

I am making a pulley and want to use a setscrew to hold it to the shaft.
Can someone show me the best way to add a hole to the collar part of the pulley?

I'd just sketch a circle on the top plane, position it central and at the coreect offset from the end face and extrude remove5 -

You can either sketch on the TOP plane or the FRONT plane, sketch a circle (diameter of set screw or tap drill size) and extrude remove through the collar of your pulley. You can then add a chamfer to the edge of the hole if you want to.
Additionally, you could make a new part (revolve) and create the set screw. Then boolean remove (keep tools) to have the set screw and the hole in your design.
There are many other ways to do this as well.

I was getting hung up on thinking i had to create a plane and use the hole function.
