Drop out and following myself

I'm keep having to reload the Onshape page due to drop out and then after reload, which takes a while, I end up following myself. Sometimes I am following myself 4 or 5 times.
It makes for slow progress and is very frustrating. I have Virgin Fibre Optic Broadband, running in Safari on an iMac (less than a year old)
What am I doing wrong?

    @guy_4 Somewhere between your device and Onshape servers, the connection is getting severed.  Start with looking at your device and your internet connection.

    Just run a test and the internet seems fine I guess it may be intermittan. I move around a lot for work so if another's connection is not good then it's going to be difficult to use Onshape.

    We need to become more tolerant of intermittent connectivity - known issue
