"Failed to load toolbar. Q.allSettled is not a function"

I've been away for a few months, today when I tried to open any public file it fails to open and I receive the following message "Failed to load toolbar. Q.allSettled is not a function". Anyone experience this before?

This sounds like you need to clear you browser cache. (SHFT- Refresh)1

Please report the issue via "?"->Feedback menu. If you try a different browser it will probably work.
