How do I access a STEP file once it has been translated?

I am a newbie, and can't seem to access my STEP files for a part. I follow the instructions for downloading and opening in new tab. I get a message that the translation has completed successfully, and the file info shows up on a new tab, I just can't find a way to get my hands on the actual file so I can send it to someone. Help?
