Troubleshoot the message "did not generate properly; some references missing"

Everything was fine and then it lights up red and gives the message that something didn't generate properly. Are there some color indicators or messages that I can look at to see what it thinks the problem is?

Model is here:

Was unable to make a copy of this one, but the one posted here allowed me to make a copy of the project so I could open the bolt profile sketch. If you open the bolt profile sketch and have the 'show overdefined' selected, it will show a midpoint constraint as a problem. Delete that constraint and it will successfully generate.
