Onshape laggy?

Whenever I use Onshape it is very laggy, if I move around my design it takes about a minute to load and whenever I click on a line or object it comes up with the message "One Moment...". It then stays on that until I refresh the page. I have checked my internet connection and it is very strong. My laptop also has a good graphics card and CPU processor.
Just wondering how I can fix this problem?

I would start off by checking out this page: https://cad.onshape.com/check
Your internet connection has little impact on what you are seeing on screen as the graphics are handled by your local hardware. A lot of the time graphics cards don't prioritize the browser as it wants to have resources available for installed applications. You can go into the setting to make sure the browser is a priority.
For that Onshape check page, I get around 30 million triangles/second on a 2015 MacBook Pro so anything above that should be good. We also have a few links on that page to help sort out the graphics cards.
If you want Onshape support to help out and take a look, you can fill out a feedback ticket and share the document with support.5

You are not alone. I have been noticing Onshape performance go downhill over the past year. No matter what browser, computer, internet speed or provider I've used, the result is the same. Slow, failing to load and their servers failing to respond. They called drawings "resource heavy," but their examples in advertising and blogs seem far more complicated. I've asked if they can share one and show how anyone else can do the same outside of their internal network and its fallen on deaf ears. The image below is an example of what I see on a regular basis.

To update, I "was" very frustrated with some performance issues I had and Onshape addressed it. There are ways of organizing your work that helps speed things up. They shared some little nuggets of information that made a big difference in performance. For example, At the moment the latest version of Google Chrome on a Mac is taking double the time to load than Firefox. It also has some memory issues, so I'll be installing Firefox. I wish I knew that before.Another is moving parts out to different documents and creating a version out of it. Onshape does not have to rebuild everything with every little change you make.I also discovered the learning center has a lot more nuggets of information. Even if you think you know how something works, it's worth reviewing it again, and It's evident they have put a lot of work into it. I did not notice all the changes that were made and resource available. I/We found a few little issues along the way that I believe will be addressed soon.Maybe we will have a little tip section so we can do some of these simple things when needed, like the switch to Firefox for now. Can you imagine if it cut down your waiting time to 50%?7
