DWG Never Stops Loading

I've had this DWG shared to me:

1. It never stops loading
2. It's almost impossible to make a copy of it, because the interface is not separated from the core, so it takes 10 minutes to make a copy. 
3. Once I've made a copy, I struggle equally to share it again because the interface is not responding.
