Flat-Head Screw Hole

How do I place Flat-Head Screw Holes on a curved surface? I need to specify the location so that they align with the mating part. I have included a simple sketch and would like to add the holes on the inside of the part so the screws point outward.

If you click this button
Then select a line that intersects the center point of the face, it should work... don't forget to select parts for merge scope. And flip direction as necessary1 -

This is how I'd do it...
If this is done on a browser, you can skip the mate connectors and use the implied mate connectors in the hole feature..

Thank you very much. That is exactly what I want to do but am having troubles. I saw a mating connector in you sketch tree but not sure how it got there.
I recreated my scenario with an offset plane and created the location for the holes. I would like to have a clearance hole on the outside part and then thread on the inside part.
