Follow Mode does not work

Follow Mode does not work when there are four or more users in the document. All the additional users beyond 4 shows up as a +3 or whatever the remaining total is. You cannot click on that Social Cue. You can hover over it, and it will give names, but you cannot click on the name to start the follow.

Is there any other way to do the Follow Mode?

    Please use the Contact Support item in the help menu to open a ticket and we'll take a look. A screenshot of the issue if you can easily reproduce this with some other people would be helpful too.

    Was this ever resolved or is there a work around we are hitting the same issue.

    This is a limitation in the UI for Follow Mode when there are many users in the same doc at the same time. Please submit a bug.
