[BUG] Configuration list: [key-up] does 2 actions: increase value, and move to cell above.

Title says it all. Simple bug. If you are in edit-mode in a cell in a configuration list and you press key-up, 2 actions occur:
Obviously this bug is urgent, a threat to humanity, earth, the universe,...
- the value is increased and
- the focus moves to the cell above.

I've logged a bug for you. In the future, you can report bugs inside Onshape by clicking the "?" menu (in the upper right), then selecting "Report a bug" or "Contact support". Doing it this way is easier for us to keep track of, and we will automatically send you an email when we release a fix!
