Scaling

I've imported a step file (so there is no sketch on this). How do I go about scaling it up? Say I wanted it 1% bigger.

Use Transform/Scale where you may scale uniformly or by axis and choose point for center of scale.  Typically the settings are: For 1% use 1.01 scale factor, origin as point to scale about, uniform, uncheck copy part.

    see help on Transform here.
