Section View not Saved

Are section views not part of the saved state? I feel every time I open the model or return from in-context editing, I have to make new section views. Are these not stored?

    Answer ✓
    If you save a View using Named Views (while the section tool is active) the Named View will save the camera position AND the Section state.
