How to create a Hollow part with a Shell

This is my design:

I created a Shell but I can not make the shell thikness bigger than 0.03 inch.

Can somebody help me?

    Hi! My first thought looking at the part is that you may need to run the shell command prior to some of the features that were created. The shell is most likely failing on things like the square that is inset in the circle in two places. There isn't enough material left at the corners for a proper shell.
