how can I extrude around the bend of a 90 degree elbow pipe?

I am trying to make a model of a pipe elbow, but cannot extrude it around the bend. How to?

There are multiple ways to do this: Sweep, revolve, move face.
Try using the sweep feature. You will need the profile of the pipe, and a path for it to follow.
